Section 8 Housing

We do not offer section 8 housing.

Deposit

A deposit is a non-refundable fee due at signing lease agreement. Deposit fees vary depending on rental homes.

Utilities

Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Trash service is included in rental fee if rental is located within city limits. Utilities must be in renter's name before move in - if move-in is on a weekend, must be completed on the following business day.

Animal Policy

We allow dogs and cats under 25 pounds. Animals must be kept in healthy condition, dogs and cats must be on flea and tick care routine as recommended by a licensed veterinarian.  Proof of current rabies required.
Non refundable pet fee of $250 per pet and ​$5 per week per pet.

Visitors

Any person not listed on the contract shall not occupy any part of the home or property for any more than 72 hours during any month without prior written authorization from Landlord.

Lawn Care / Landscaping

Lawn Care / Landscaping is the responsibility of the tenant unless otherwise specified.

Maintenance 

Homes need maintenance and if an issue comes up, we will be happy to help get the problem fixed.

Smoking Policy

Absolutely no smoking allowed in homes! If you do smoke, you may smoke outdoors but not in the rental home.

No Illegal Activity

At no time shall tenant allow any illegal activity to occur on Premises.  Violations include, but are not limited to, illegal drug use, dealing, or possession, prostitution and/or human trafficking, gang activity, or harboring fugitives, etc.
